Over the past years at ZELKOT we have prefabricated thousands of tons of pressure elements.

Our production profile is based on the fabrication of boiler pressure parts and pressure vessels for various industries. Our products are used mostly in renewable energy businesses, including biomass boilers, waste incineration plants, solar plants, green hydrogen production, gas-fired plants, pulp/paper mills, chemical plants, refineries, and fossil-fueled power plants. We also manufacture parts for supercritical and USC boilers and other heat recovery equipment.

Our business naturally focuses on serving the European market, but we also serve an expanding international customer base with over 300 customers worldwide.

On 50000 square meters of area and 13000 square meters under the roof, we incorporate the latest technology in hydraulic benders, welding equipment, and machine tools and combine the skills of over 300 experienced workshop personnel. This enables us to manufacture elements up to 120 tons in weight while meeting the highest quality standards according to EN and ASME standards.
